Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: How do I sign up?

Just click the button below and fill out a quick application! We will reach out to you right away and help you book a free introductory call. We can't wait to learn all about you!

Question 2: How long after I have a baby do I have to wait to work with you?

You don't have to wait! We start working with women at every stage of pregnancy to help them stay strong, feel supported, and be prepared for birth. And then resume working together immediately after the postpartum period to promote healing. You don't have to wait six weeks to start moving your baby until it is successful for healing, while still resting and connecting with your baby.

Question 3: Can I start working on my pelvic health while trying to conceive?

Absolutely. Focusing on pelvic floor and core-specific training as part of your regular exercise program can help your body prepare for the demands of pregnancy and help you understand your baseline, so you can recognize changes as they occur throughout each trimester and postpartum.

Question 4: Is this service only for women?

No matter where you fall on the gender spectrum or how you identify, you are welcome here.

Question 5: Do you take insurance?

Nope! This business is designed to eliminate the barriers of insurance companies. Here, we cut out the middleman. You receive high-touch support at every turn, and that support is not limited by what your insurance company will cover.

Question 6: How much does the program cost?

The price of the program is completely customizable. First, we want to connect with you, learn about your goals, and develop a plan together that helps you meet them. That means the price will vary depending on the length of your program and the level of support you require along the way. We are always willing to ensure a price point that works for you in the future, and we offer zero percent financing. We also offer a happiness guarantee, meaning that if you pay for a program and are not satisfied with your results by the end of your time, we will continue coaching you until you are.

Question 7: Is this the same as Physical Therapy?

Though the coaches at Hearth Healing are Doctors of Physical Therapy and have the highest levels of board certifications for their specialty in pelvic health, we are not offering pelvic health physical therapy services. Rather, we are offering coaching. The difference is that while we can support lifestyle, habit-forming, and progressing exercise, we will not be doing any hands-on work as we would as physical therapists. We also cannot give you a diagnosis.

Question 8: Can you refer me to another provider?

No, we will always be the first to tell you if we believe you need to see another provider or see a physical therapist in person in conjunction with our services (which we love). We will make recommendations of providers that may offer the appropriate support in your area. However, we cannot make direct referrals to those providers.
